Sean was so helpful and supportive after a flood ruined my floor and navigated me through all the stressful palaver with the process with insurance and builder inspections. I bit the bullet and thought I would get rid of carpets in the rest of the house and have Karndean flooring installed throughout? Lucy was an absolute star helping me pack and unpack with such an enthusiastic and joyful energy. Lee and Bo arrived at 8.30 and the whole house was completed by 1.30! The Karndean product looks fantastic, and has transformed the house. I keep saying it appears there is life after a flood after all. Thanks team! X
